Bob Wells, Chris Paul, and Linda Garey to Present on the Uniform Transfer to Minors Act

McLane Middleton attorneys Robert A. Wells, Christopher R. Paul, and Linda R. Garey will be speakers at the “Everything You Want to Know About the Uniform Transfer to Minors Act” webcast on April 23, 2019  as part of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Learn @ Lunch Webcast Series.

The program will discuss the Uniform Transfer to Minors Act in detail and the ability to convert a UTMA account into an IRC Section 2503(c) Trust.
