Breed, Daly and Garey Present on Professional Wills at NHBA Elder Law Section Meeting

McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association is pleased to announce that McLane attorneys Alexandra Breed, Andrea Daly, and Linda Garey presented at the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Law section meeting on January 7, 2015 in Concord, N.H.
Breed, Daly and Garey led a discussion on professional wills, which are designed to self-assist self-employed mental health (or other) professionals give direction to a professional colleague to manage and protect confidential patient records in the event of the death of the professional.
Breed is a director in the trusts & estates department. Her practices focuses on counseling individuals and families regarding advanced wealth preservation and transfer techniques, including estate planning, estate and gift taxes, charitable giving techniques, conservation easements, ownership and transfer of significant family properties, asset protection, and guardianship.
