Cameron Shilling will present at a seminar for the Manchester Area Human Resources Association (MAHRA) entitled, “AI in the Workplace: What Are the Key Legal and Business Considerations?” The event will take place on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 2:30pm-5:30pm at the Derryfield Country Club. Cam will address the legal and business principles emerging for the adoption and use of AI by businesses, including for human resources functions.
Cam Shilling is a director at McLane Middleton and chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Group. Combining his business, technology and employment interests, Cameron has developed a depth and breadth of experience in privacy and data security. Within the data privacy part of his practice, Cameron’s background includes creating and implementing privacy policies, terms of use agreements, information use and social media policies, advising clients about workplace privacy, social media, and consumer privacy, and handling data privacy claims asserted against companies.
