McLane Middleton congratulates Dave DePuy for being selected to receive the New Hampshire Bar Association’s E. Donald Dufresne Award for Outstanding Professionalism.
Dave was selected for his dedication to serving the best interests of his clients, his community involvement and his mentorship of younger attorneys.
“Don Dufresne was personable, outgoing, good humored, and as tough a combatant in the courtroom as you could find,” DePuy said of the late litigator at Devine Millimet. “He beat you with brains not decibels…I am no Don Dufresne, but certainly honored to be given an award bearing his name.”
Dave is one of McLane Middleton’s most experienced litigators, having tried dozens of jury trials and many, many trials to a judge. While having tried noteworthy business litigation and personal injury/medical malpractice disputes, the majority of his current practice is handling divorce matters. He has successfully resolved through trial, mediation or settlement many divorces involving substantial assets, trusts, businesses owned by the parties, large real estate holdings, and corporate stock interests.
