The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association congratulates Linda Garey for being elected Clerk of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s (NHBA) Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Law Section.
The NHBA’s Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Law Section was established to deal with issues relating to estate planning, Medicaid and other government benefits, and other issues of specific concern to attorneys with a large number of elderly clients.
Linda is an associate in the Trusts & Estates department where she practices in a variety of areas of estate planning, tax planning, and trust and estate administration.
