The McLane Law Firm is proud to announce that Jeanmarie Papelian has been appointed to the Access to Collaboration Task Force of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, (IACP”).
Jeanmarie is an experienced trial lawyer, certified collaborative practitioner and marital mediator. Her family law practice focuses on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) techniques to assist families with children in avoiding the trauma of litigation. She is former Chair of the Board of the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire, and a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council.
The IACP is the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, an international community of legal, mental health and financial professionals working in concert to create client-centered processes for resolving conflict. The Access to Collaboration Task Force was created to support the IACP’s Access to Collaboration programs through the dissemination of information through various means, including the Collaborative Review and a Practice Group Development phone bridge.
