Jeremy Walker Presents to Caribbean Nations on Intellectual Property Litigation

Jeremy T. Walker recently presented to a group of national librarians from Caribbean nations on intellectual property litigation as part of the World Affairs Council’s International Visitor Leadership Program.

As part of this presentation that took place on June 30 at the World Affairs Council offices, Jeremy discussed litigation as it pertains to intellectual property rights.  He gave an overview of the different options available when infringement occurs and of the overall process for litigating intellectual property disputes.

Jeremy is a director in the firm’s litigation department.  He focuses his practice on business litigation, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property and construction litigation.  Jeremy is a trial lawyer and has represented both large and small companies in the New Hampshire Superior Court, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts and in arbitration proceedings.  Jeremy is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and chairs the firm’s Hiring Committee.
