McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association (McLane) is pleased to announce that attorney John D. Colucci has been voted onto the board of trustees of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Inc. (MCLE).
MCLE, a not-for-profit organization, is the Massachusetts legal community’s premier provider of hands-on educational programs and reference materials. Its particular focus is applied law: practical, highly concrete training for attorneys in the essential elements of professional practice.
The managing director of McLane’s Woburn office, Colucci has a dual background as both an attorney and certified public accountant. This unique skill set gives him a differentiating perspective and depth of understanding of the legal issues necessary for protecting a growing business. His clients range from start-up companies to large, multi-owner privately and publicly traded corporation. Colucci has extensive experience in all areas of commercial transactions and business operations, and practices in the areas of business law, tax law, estate and business succession planning, and real estate.
