John Colucci will moderate an event for the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX,) “Value Creation Through Operating Entity Improvements,” on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. This event will discuss ways to help clients create value by improving elements of their operating entities. XPX is network of nonprofit associations of diverse, middle-market advisors across 12 professions, who work collaboratively to help private companies build stronger businesses and prepare for and execute successful exit plans.
John has a dual background as both an attorney and CPA. This unique skill set gives him a differentiating perspective and depth of understanding of the legal issues necessary for protecting a growing business, as well as the financial drivers of operating and sustaining a successful company.
