McLane Middleton attorney John D. Colucci is the co-chair of “Accounting & Finance: MCLE BasicsPlus!” on June 24 and 25 in Boston.
As part of the presentation, the panelists will explain the terms, basic accounting concepts, generally accepted accounting standards, and nuts and bolts of financial statements. Attendees will learn to recognize “red flags” in financial statements—and avoid common mistakes.
