He has served as general counsel for two privately-held software companies and as the legal director for the Business Intelligence division of a major international technology company. His experience as both in-house and outside counsel to numerous companies has provided him with a comprehensive and practical understanding of the broad range of legal and business issues regularly confronted by both emerging and established businesses.
