Linda Johnson and Brian Garrett to Present on Antitrust Issues for Independent Schools

McLane Middleton attorneys Linda S. Johnson and Brian B. Garrett will be presenting at an upcoming Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE) webinar, “Antitrust Climate Update: When Collaboration Sparks Exposure” on September 15, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. ET.As part of the panel discussion, the presenters will explore the grey areas of when collaboration between and among independent schools can create unanticipated exposure.  This session will also provide independent school leaders with concrete tips and steps to empower them to engage in healthy and legal collaboration with peer institutions.

Linda is a director in McLane Middleton’s Litigation Department and Chair of the firm’s Education Law Practice Group.  She focuses her practice on understanding and serving the needs of K-12 independent  schools.  She serves as outside legal counsel and a consultant to many of the country’s top independent day and boarding schools.
