August 3, 2006, MANCHESTER, NH —Andrea L. Daly, a litigation attorney with McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, has been elected to the board of the New Hampshire chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI NH), the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons living with serious mental illness and their families through advocacy, research, support, and education.
Ms. Daly’s law practice focuses heavily on mental health and probate actions, including administrative proceedings before licensing boards, risk management in mental health matters, guardianship proceedings, durable power of attorney abuses and fiduciary duty challenges.
She is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Warner House Association and of the Board of Directors of Pro Portsmouth, Inc. Ms. Daly received her undergraduate degree from Boston University, cum laude, in 1991 and her J.D. degree from Vermont Law School, magna cum laude, in 1997. She currently resides in Portsmouth with her family.
