Manchester, N.H., Woburn, Mass. (December 5, 2022) – The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorneys Connor W. Harding, Laura J. Raymond and Eleanor M. Walker have been admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar.
Connor Harding is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he represents clients in a wide variety of commercial, employment, and education matters. During law school, Connor was a judicial intern to the honorable Jennifer C. Boal, U.S.M.J. at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and a summer associate at McLane Middleton. He also served as an Articles Editor on the Review of Banking and Financial Law. Prior to law school, Connor was a litigation paralegal at a law firm in Washington, D.C. Connor earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from Georgetown University, where he majored in Government. Laura Raymond is an associate in the Litigation Department, where she represents clients in a variety of civil, commercial, employment, and probate matters. Laura earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and her dual Bachelors of Arts in Mandarin Chinese and Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross. While in law school, she was a Daniel Webster Scholar, Chief Articles Editor of The University of New Hampshire Law Review, treasurer of the Student Bar Association, and a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Analysis. Laura also externed with the Honorable Joseph N. Laplante of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, Justices Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi and Patrick E. Donovan of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and the New Hampshire Attorney General. She was a Warren B. Rudman Summer Fellow and a summer associate at McLane Middleton. Ellie Walker joins the firm as an associate in the Corporate Department, where she advises business clients on transactional matters related to contract drafting, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Ellie earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. During law school, Ellie interned with the Honorable M. Kristin Spath of the Concord District Court, joined McLane Middleton as a summer associate, and spent a semester working in the Office of Grants and Contracts at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. She was also a Daniel Webster Scholar, Senior Editor for IDEA: The Journal of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property, board member of the UNH Law section of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, and a teaching assistant for Legal Writing & Analysis and Dispute Resolution.
