It offers tested tips for bringing and defending an action under RSA 358-A in court, including theories of liability, damages, defenses and exemptions, particulars of public enforcement, and the steps involved in a trial under the statute. Chapters are devoted to specific types of 358-A actions, including those involving debtor and creditors, real estate transactions, business disputes, and product liability.

Co-editors Michael A. Delaney. Esq. and Kenneth E. Rubenstein, Esq. bring together the insights of fifteen of the state’s noted business litigators, who generously share their collective experience to cover every facet of RSA 358-A—the action and its remedies.
