Shiva Karimi and Ramey Sylvester to Present on Immigration Due Diligence in Corporate Transactions

McLane Middleton attorneys Shiva Karimi and Ramey D. Sylvester will be presenting a webcast called “Immigration Due Diligence in Corporate Transactions” on April 16, 2019 as part of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Learn @ Lunch Webcast Series.

During this program, the presenters will identify issues that may cause immigration consequences in corporate transactions.  For example, the presenters will analyze different kinds of corporate transactions and how they impact foreign national employees, the affirmative immigration related steps that may need to be taken during the corporate transaction, and Form I-9 compliance.
