McLane Middleton congratulates attorney Steven J. Dutton for being elected to serve as co-clerk of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Federal Practice section.
The Federal Practice section helps improve the professional knowledge and skills of its members in relation to practice before the Federal Courts in New Hampshire and the First Circuit. In addition, the section hopes to provide a forum for discussion between Bar and bench members and help develop a dialog to improve that relationship.
Steve is a director in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditor’s Rights practice group. He concentrates his practice on all forms of business disputes, including contract claims, tax matters and creditor/debtor matters.
