Victor, a staff attorney in the corporate department, focuses his practice on telecommunications site acquisition and permitting, land use and zoning, property disputes and municipal regulatory matters. Prior to joining McLane, Victor spent more than 27 years working in the real estate, municipal law, bankruptcy and foreclosure areas of practice where he successfully represented clients before municipal permit granting authorities and was Assistant Town Counsel for the Town of Chelmsford, Mass.
