Bill is the Chair of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Bill has nearly 40 years of experience in trial practice and is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers. In recent years, his practice has focused on general corporate litigation, including contract, corporate governance and shareholder disputes, tax, securities and employment disputes.
As a former Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Civil Division of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, he also has extensive experience in governmental, administrative and constitutional litigation. He has argued many cases in the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Bill is a member of the Board of Directors for the New England Legal Foundation, and the New Hampshire Bar Foundation. He also sits on the School Board for the City of Concord, where he resides.
Bill is a graduate of Trinity College and received his law degree. from the University of Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
