James Greenho
Executive Director, Private Wealth Advisor, Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management

Jim provides the team’s clients with customized strategies that aim to make their complex lives more manageable. This includes facilitating advisor summits to ensure that clients receive coordinated advice from all of their trusted advisors. Jim maintains strong relationships in the M&A, private equity and venture capital communities to provide clients with further resources, and is also responsible for helping clients with hedging and exit strategies before and after major liquidity events. Jim is a member of the Morgan Stanley Director’s Council, a distinction awarded to only 5 percent of the firm’s Wealth Managers. He began his career in the Private Client Group at Merrill Lynch. After 10 years, he moved to Citi/Smith Barney, which eventually merged into Morgan Stanley, and was asked to join the Citi Family Office Group, a select division that focused on the financial needs of affluent families.

Evan is particularly adept at managing complex client situations that require sophisticated strategies and solutions. Evan began his financial career in the Private Client Group at Merrill Lynch and moved to Morgan Stanley in 2000. A member of Morgan Stanley’s prestigious Director’s Council, he works regularly with the firm’s public relations department and is frequently called upon to speak about financial and market trends on WMEX’s live radio show and NECN.

John M. Ferrara

John is the Founder & President of Capstone Partners, an award-winning middle market investment banking firm. John has dedicated his 30 year career to serving as a trusted advisor to privately held businesses. Representative of over 300 engagements, he has acted as investment banker, management consultant, interim executive, investor, founder and board member. John has been recognized as one of the Top 50 M&A advisors in the US and honored as an M&A Advisor Hall of Fame inductee. Under his leadership, Capstone has expanded to 10 offices in the US and UK with an international platform that spans 450 professionals in 40 countries worldwide.

Jeff Solomon
Managing Partner, Katz Nannis + Solomon, P.C.

Jeff is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a former Chairman of the Accounting and Auditing Board. He is a former Director of SBANE (the Smaller Business Association of New England). He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst. Jeff is a former Editorial Advisor to the Journal of Accountancy. Jeff also sat on the council of the American Institute of CPAs and is currently on the Private Company Practice Section Executive Committee. Jeff is also the former treasurer and on the Board of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge and sits on an angel capital advisory committee for the Angel Capital Association.

Jeff Williams
Founding Partner, Spring Lake Equity Partners

Prior to founding Spring Lake, Jeff served as a Partner in Tudor Investment Corporation’s private equity group, the predecessor to Spring Lake, since 1999. He has focused on investments in the software, internet infrastructure, and healthcare IT sectors.  Jeff currently serves on the board of Sqrrl, Dorado, InsideView and Thorne Research and is a board observer for Plated and Remedy Partners.  Prior investments where Jeff served as a director or was actively involved include NetProspex, Single Digits, TractManager, Crossbeam Systems, Intelligrated and Velocity Technology Solutions.  Prior to joining Spring Lake Equity Partners he was an associate with Downer & Company, an international mergers and acquisitions firm. Jeff was also a strategic consultant to Oplab, a start-up medical device company. Previous to that he was a financial analyst in the Corporate Finance Department of Fox-Pitt, Kelton Ltd. Jeff earned a Masters in Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude, from Yale University.
