McLane Middleton Honors Anikό Bouley with Annual John A. Graf Client Service Award

McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that Anikό Bouley was recently presented with the firm’s annual John A. Graf Client Service Award during the firm’s annual Colleague Recognition Reception.

The award is named in honor of a former partner in the firm who was relentlessly focused on solving his clients’ problems.  The award is provided annually to the McLane Middleton attorney, paralegal, or administrative colleague who exemplifies the highest level of client responsiveness and excellence in service based on colleague observations, peer reviews, and client recommendations.

“Anikó works tirelessly to resolve client problems and is a huge asset to the corporate department,” said Bruce W. Felmly, firm director and chair of the Client Service Committee, during the award presentation.  “She is an out-of-the-box thinker; often using her creativity to help find ways to meet our clients’ needs quickly and accurately.”

A paralegal in the firm’s corporate department, Anikó works directly with corporate clients and the firm’s attorneys. She focuses on all aspects of corporate business law with emphasis on entity formations, organizations, administrations, corporate governance, and transactions. Anikó is an exceptional resource for attorneys in corporate transactions; including due diligence reviews, stock and asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, private offerings and securities matters, IRS and SOS filings, UCC searches and filings, and liquidations and dissolutions. Her client focused approach, paired with her creative thinking and analytical ability, makes her highly valuable to the firm.  Anikó can be reached in the firm’s Manchester office at (603) 628-1443 or aniko.bouley@mclane.com.

The firm congratulates Anikó and thanks her for her outstanding service.
