McLane Middleton’s Corporate Team Leads New Hampshire Bar’s Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section

McLane Middleton attorneys Ramey D. Sylvester, Amelia E. Elacqua, John DeWispelaere, and Stephanie J. Lee were recently elected into leadership positions of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Corporation, Banking & Business Law section.

Ramey was elected as Chair, Amelia as Vice Chair, and John and Stephanie were elected as Co-Clerks.

The Corporation, Banking & Business Law section meets periodically to discuss issues of mutual interest.  The section also advises members of regional CLE programs in specialized areas of business law, monitors pending legislation affecting this practice area, and contributes articles to Bar News and Bar Journal regarding related issues.

Ramey is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department.  Ramey’s practice focuses on business and transactional matters for a wide range of clients, with a particular concentration on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, private offerings including Seed round and Venture Capital financings, and corporate governance.
