Andrea is an associate in the Corporate Department, where she practices employment-based immigration law as a member of the Immigration Law Practice Group and the Employment Law Practice Group. She also handles personal immigration and naturalization matters. She represents employers across a range of industries in securing work authorization for foreign national employees, including H-1B specialty occupation visas, H-2B seasonal worker petitions, L-1 intracompany transferee visas, O-1 extraordinary ability visas, R-1 religious worker visas, and E-2 treaty investor visas. She also handles employment-based permanent residence matters, including PERM labor certification, EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions, and EB-1C multinational manager and executive petitions, as well as adjustment of status applications.

Andrea advises clients on the full lifecycle of a foreign national’s employment authorization, from initial visa strategy and petition preparation through permanent residence sponsorship. She regularly counsels employers on compliance matters, including I-9 verification and employment policies affecting immigration status.

Prior to and during law school, Andrea worked as an immigration paralegal at McLane Middleton, gaining extensive hands-on experience with the procedural and regulatory details of immigration practice. She also served as a summer associate at the firm during law school. This background gives her a practical, detail-oriented approach to navigating complex immigration matters for both employers and individuals.

Andrea earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
