Jennifer Parent of McLane Middleton Named to Benchmark Top 250 Women in Litigation

The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that Jennifer L. Parent has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s Top 250 Women in Litigation for the fourth consecutive year.

The Top 250 Women in Litigation publication’s extensive research process, which encompasses six months of investigation into the individual litigators’ professional activities as well as client feedback surveys and individual interviews, has culminated in the selection of the most distinguished women in the world of litigation. These women have earned their place amongst the leading female litigators by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients. Though they hail from widely different practice areas, they all share the distinction of being recognized as top players in their respective fields.

Listed within the US section of the Top 250 Women in Litigation publication, Benchmark Litigation had this to say about Jennifer:

“Jennifer Parent of full-service law firm McLane Middleton serves as director of the litigation group, as well as chair of its business litigation practice. Parent is active in high-stakes complex commercial, employment, tax abatement, bet-the-company, and land development litigation. Her experience includes representing employers and companies in a wide array of business and employment related disputes.”

Attorneys named to the 2022 publication were chosen through several phases of research: namely, the review of their recent case work, peer review in which we consider how attorneys at peer legal institutions might rank them, and a consideration of client feedback on their performances.

Jennifer can be reached in the firm’s Manchester, Woburn, and Boston offices at (603) 628-1360 or jennifer.parent@mclane.com.
