About the Presenters


Adam M. Hamel
Director, McLane Middleton

Adam is Co-Chair of McLane Middleton’s Employment Law Practice Group. He assists employers with a variety of litigated and non-litigated employment law issues including charges of discrimination, wrongful termination, violation of restrictive covenants, wage and hour issues, among others. Adam has been assisting Massachusetts and New Hampshire employers address the implications of state and federal marijuana laws on their workplace practices and policies.


Alexandra L. Geiger
Associate, McLane Middleton

Ali is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Employment Law Practice Group. Ali regularly represents employers in discrimination, wrongful termination and contract disputes, including claims brought before state and federal agencies, and counsels employers on managing risk with respect to the employment relationship. Ali also represents individuals and business in a wide variety of business and civil litigation matters.
