Massachusetts employers welcome their role as a catalyst for success, well-being, growth, equity and prosperity. But how do they play that role at a time when state government echoes with calls for new revenue to address generational issues such as transportation and education? How do employers and policymakers balance the economic needs of business with the welfare of the society?
John Regan, newly elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Associated Industries of Massachusetts, provides a broad perspective on the challenges facing employers.
