Carol is a successful business executive and authority on diversity and inclusion. She is the founding CEO of Fulp Diversity Consultants, LLC.
For seven years, through August 2019, she served as President and CEO of The Partnership, Inc., New England’s premier organization dedicated to enhancing the competitiveness of the region by attracting, developing, retaining and convening multicultural professionals. During its three decades, The Partnership has collaborated with 300 corporations who have sponsored more than 4,000 multicultural professionals in its unique leadership development programming.
A number of companies have engaged Fulp in diversity forums around her book including Microsoft Headquarters-Seattle, McKinsey, CVS, Liberty Mutual, PBS, Google, Boston Red Sox, Deloitte, UPS, E&Y, Novartis, Drexel University, Harvard University, Boston University, Texas Conference for Women and more.

Linda is Co-Chair of McLane Middleton's’s Education Law Group and focuses her practice on understanding and serving the needs of independent and boarding schools. She serves as outside legal counsel to many of the country’s top independent and boarding schools including the largest independent academy in the United States. She also provides counseling services, policy development and review, and trainings to public schools especially in the area of safe schools and employment law.
She works closely with heads of schools, deans, financial officers, trustees, and others.
Linda serves as the chair of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and is a frequent speaker on issues relating to diversity in the workforce. Recently, Linda was featured at NH Business Review's "Powered by Women" event, which showcased the drive, conviction and persistence of executives in the Granite State.
