The digital age has heralded explosive growth in the amount of sensitive personal data and financial information that is created, stored, and transmitted on computers and mobile devices and across the Internet and broadband. The very same technological advancements that have defined our times also pose serious threats to personal privacy and security, and serious potential liability to business and non-profits that fail to take appropriate measures to protect personal information.

This presentation will address the most serious cybersecurity threats, the strict regulations that govern in this area, and the steps that organizations should take to become privacy and security compliant.

But our reputation is built on the highest quality of service and experience in very specific areas of law.
