Cameron is a director in the firm's Litigation Department, and chair of the Privacy and Information Security Group. In his 20 plus years as a lawyer, Cameron has managed, litigated and resolved numerous commercial matters involving data security, technology, business, and employment issues in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New England, and around the country. His education and depth of legal experience, as well as his professional interests and passions, are strengths that Cameron leverages to provide the highest quality counseling and litigation services to clients.
With over 20 years in the insurance industry, Jackie excels at creating exceptional insurance programs for business clients utilizing an enterprise risk management approach. Current clients include contractors, equipment rental companies, manufacturers, restaurants, habitational/condominium associations and recreational industries.
Jason currently serves as partner and practice manager for ATOM’s Security Practice, focused on information security and compliance frameworks. Throughout his two decades in the field, Jason has held senior-level roles, including Chief Information Security Officer for Health Data Compliance at AgaMatrix (a medical device company, ~700 employees), as well as lead information security roles for Hewlett-Packard, FCI USA, and others. Jason has spent the last decade consulting in the healthcare space and is currently the only Sr. Advisor for cybersecurity to the New Hampshire State Legislature and also to the Validation Institute. In 2018, he also founded the Build for Trust Organization, a not-for-profit which specializes in educating leaders about the social responsibility of security by design.
