Steve is a director in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditor’s Rights Practice Groups. Steve concentrates his practice on all forms of business disputes, including contract claims, real estate issues, commercial evictions, tax matters, and creditor/debtor matters.

Steve has extensive experience representing large and small companies in all stages of litigation before administrative agencies, the New Hampshire Superior Court, the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the United States Federal District Court.

Steve received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School (2005) and B.A. in Mathematics from Bates College (2000). While in law school, Steve also served as a Student Law Clerk with the Honorable Carol B. Amon in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2004).
