Ellie is an associate in the Corporate Department, where she advises business clients on transactional matters related to contract drafting, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ellie earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. During law school, Ellie interned with the Honorable M. Kristin Spath of the Concord District Court, joined McLane Middleton as a summer associate, and spent a semester working in the Office of Grants and Contracts at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. She was also a Daniel Webster Scholar, Senior Editor for IDEA: The Journal of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property, board member of the UNH Law section of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, and a teaching assistant for Legal Writing & Analysis and Dispute Resolution.

Prior to law school, Ellie worked as an investment management paralegal at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston.

For her undergraduate studies, Ellie attended Colgate University, where she earned her dual B.A. in Neuroscience and Economics. She spent a semester abroad studying at Cardiff University in Wales.
