Bridget is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department where she advises businesses on transactional matters related to mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, entity formation and corporate governance.
Bridget attended Boston University, graduating in 2014 with two Bachelors of Art in Political Science and Psychology. Bridget attended Suffolk University Law School where she graduated in 2020.
During her time in law school Bridget was a Judicial Intern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts (District of Massachusetts) for the Honorable Frank J. Bailey. Bridget was a member of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, and her note was published in the XVII Volume (Red Flag Laws: The Constitutionality of Mental Health Provisions for Gun Regulation in Modern-Day America, 17 J. HEALTH & BIOMEDICAL L. 92 (2020)). She also enjoyed being Co-Treasurer of the Suffolk University Women’s Law Association and a Student Attorney in the Innocence Clinic, working in tandem with the Innocence Project, an organization which provides pro bono legal help to incarcerated individuals who have held out their actual innocence and have exhausted their appeals.
Prior to McLane Middleton, Bridget was working at a general practice law firm in Downtown Boston.
