Katherine is a member of the Cybersecurity and Privacy practice group. She assists businesses of all types and sizes in creating privacy policies and other documents in compliance with state, federal, and international privacy laws. She also provides analyses on privacy issues related to emerging technologies and trends in a variety of fields. Katherine supports businesses in navigating data breaches and their regulatory reporting obligations.

In addition to her cybersecurity and privacy work, Katherine also works with the Litigation Department on e-Discovery, particularly document review and production.

Immediately prior to joining McLane Middleton, Katherine worked as a staff attorney in the Data Privacy and Security group at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in Boston, Massachusetts. Before her time at Manatt, Katherine worked as an attorney at a financial services company and with the United States Secret Service as part of the Pathways Program.

Katherine received her Master of Professional Studies from Georgetown University (2023), her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University (2017), and her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Northeastern University (2014).
